Scott C. Hart is a certified mediator and arbitrator and has extensive experience in creating win-win agreements among parties in disputes, both pre-court and during litigation.  Scott has been practicing law in North Carolina since 1992, and has handled cases in state and federal court throughout the state.  He is a certified arbitrator and has been a mediator since 2005.  He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) and the Eastern North Carolina Inn of Court.  He is past president of the Craven County Bar Association.  Scott is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell and has been selected for North Carolina Super Lawyers each year since 2010.

Effective September 1, 2023:

$250 administrative fee, $400 per hour, (4 hour minimum) and $250 per hour for travel time.

Cancellation Fees:

• $0 for more than 2 weeks prior to scheduled mediation date
• $500 for 1-2 weeks prior to scheduled mediation date
• $1,000 for less than 1 week prior to scheduled mediation date
