Biographical

Mike McDaniel has been practicing law since 1993.  For more than 17 years he focused his practice exclusively on civil litigation, primarily in the areas of personal injury and wrongful death, premises liability and products liability.  He has extensive experience in evaluating tort cases.  He has tried cases for both plaintiffs and defendants.  Mike averaged 5-6 jury trials to verdict per year over more than 17 years as an active trial lawyer.

For several years, Mike devoted approximately 75-80% of his work time to mediating cases, in addition to his trial practice.  Since July 2013, Mike has been a full-time mediator.  He thoroughly enjoys helping parties resolve their disputes.
